After receiving a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Southern California, Sean started his real estate development career over 20 years ago renovating and building homes on the south shore of Kauai. Sean has an active Hawaii Real Estate Broker License. He worked for Brookfield Homes Hawaii, and Kikiaola Land Company as VP of Development. Sean served as Asset & Land Manager, and VP of Princeville Utility Company for The Resort Group’s Princeville Development. For ten years, Sean was responsible for more than 8,000-acres of north shore lands, including the North Shore Preserve. He was involved in all aspects of Princeville Development’s master planning, land entitlement, design, permitting, and construction management. Sean was then asked to lead the development efforts for Timbers Resorts 450-acre master planned community of Hokuala. Sean worked with Timbers Resorts for over three years and was a valuable member of the Executive team and was instrumental in the successful launch of multiple projects within the resort.

Sean has local knowledge and understanding of the history and community dynamics impacting real estate development on Kauai. Sean directs land planning, feasibility analysis, and real estate product development. He secures development partners and negotiates terms of sale and joint venture structures. Through State and County processes, Sean secures and maintains land entitlements, leads the RFP process, and provides supervision through vertical construction.

Sean is inspired by a deep respect for Kauai. His family first arrived on Kauai in 1848. Sean’s family worked on the cattle ranch that is now known as Princeville, and in the Kilauea sugar mill. He understands that combining his experience and knowledge of the island and development will achieve his clients goals and expectations. He has spent his professional life serving as a senior real estate development executive for some of the largest land and development companies in the state of Hawaii. With a desire to share his talents and experience, he and his partner started Hawaii Project Development.

Jen has a Master of Fine Arts Degree from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Arizona State University. She was an adjunct professor at Armstrong Atlantic State University and head of the digital design department. She is a published author through Dover Publishing company. Jen has lived and worked on Kauai and in Hawaii for over 20 years. She also has an active Hawaii Real Estate Brokers License.

Jen has designed and created for North Shore Preserve, The Resort Group, Princeville Development, Wyland Galleries, Waipouli Beach Resort, Islander on the Beach, and many high-end residences on the island of Kauai.

Jen’s foundation in Design is based on her years of education. Her Master’s Thesis was titled Authentic Experiences. Her research included consciousness and connection of the human relationship to the environment and space. Jen also relies on her skills in health, meditation, and energy modalities to focus her designs. She is a Fengshui practitioner, a Chopra Meditation instructor, a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and an Institute for Integrated Nutrition Certified Health Coach.

Jen creates healthy holistic spaces to align with body, mind and soul. Jen developed the Trivessel Health and Trivessel Design methods and products that work with the body and design space as vessels to utilize the body, mind, and soul connections and amplify the whole. Jen utilizes design that incorporates physical, mental and spiritual connections that increase energetic flow and experience. She is experienced at creating alluring designs under a variety of styles, timeframes, and budgets. She helps guide her clients and serve them throughout the design process to create the space that resonates with them. Jen is inspired by helping people create visions for their environment and bringing beauty to those surroundings. She works within her design background and holistic intuitive approach to create a sanctuary that opens creativity and energy within the project and your space.
